Are you still standing at the top of bomb holes and drops wondering how to get down them? Then this is the session to book up.

We'll start small with the basic techniques, looking at body positioning, use of brakes, gears and pedal positioning then progress through the session to larger more advanced drops and bomb holes.

Note: there is no jumping in this course, all drops and bomb holes are rolled through. Jumps course to follow later in 2010.

Price £49 per rider.

Group ratio of three riders to every instructor, with max group of six riders.

Price includes all instruction and permission to ride in Swinley Forest.
