Cheers for the online booking – if necessary we will call you to confirm any issues prior to the appointment.
Covid 19 Safety Process:-
Please respect a strict 2M distance while I’m working onsite. A hazard tape perimiter will be maked out, please dont encroach into this area. If you wish to disuss your bike, plese ensure you are wearing a facemask. All bikes must delivered to the bike rack on the edge of the preimiter. I will collect the bike from the rack, then wipe down and clean bikes with isopropyl alcohol before I start anywork.
Please don’t be offended, but I will refuse offers of tea and coffee 🙁 .
I will request that you step away if I feel you are encroaching the 2m social distancing. If I have to make repeated requests for you to step back, then I will cease working on your bike. The bikes will be left in whatever state they are in at the time.
Payment for parts will be On-Line transfer, I will email your Invoice once I finish working. I will leave the reports attached to the bikes. The bike will be wiped down again with isopropyl alcohol when I leave it on the bike rack. However, it is your responsibility to ensure you wipe down / sterilise the bikes to your own satisfaction once I have completed any work.
You should receive a couple of Automated emails now – the first will be a Booking confirmation email, which will include a Calendar file, so you can add the request into your Outlook or Google Calendar. You should also receive an Invite to sign up to our “Special Offers and News Letter” Emails which I send out every few months.
If, however you do not receive these – they may have got stuck in your spam filters. Please add us to your white list or allowed list.
