You will need to supply

  1. Voucher Code.
  2. Full Name .

All of the above information MUST match the information on the voucher.

I charge a nominal call out fee, which is NOT covered by the voucher.  This covers my travelling to and from your location, it is non-refundable, unless the booking is cancelled before I travel to site.  This is payable through PayPal.  If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay through PayPal – at the PayPal Logon screen there is an option to pay by credit or debit card. (Click here to see an example of the PayPal window NOTE Opens new tab)   If you need to cancel – please be aware that PayPal don’t refund their fees.  As such if you do cancel, I will refund your amount minus the fees that PayPal have kept. (3.4% + 20p) Sorry.

On arrival, I will inspect the bike and confirm the price for all the work including labour.  If this is over £50 you will be invoiced for the additional expenditure.

Once you agree with the work / price, I will “Redeem” the Voucher on the Government Portal and then complete the agreed work.

Note:  It is a Voucher Scheme requirement for the retailer to store all the above information for 6 years.  As such, your information will be held on a secure GoogleDocs Drive, as well as on our accounts software QuickBooks Online by Intuit.
